反向核不育水稻过氧化物酶活性与温度的关系

摘要 [目的]研究过氧化物酶活性的高低与温度高低及温度变化的关系。[方法]利用超低能氮离子束对籼型品系99-02进行诱变处理,在其后代中筛选到的育性转换特性特殊的核不育水稻FHS为研究材料,通过分期播种和人工控温的技术路线对其不同发育阶段、不同温度条件下的过氧化物酶活性进行了测定。[结果]水稻FHS、香1及香3芽期酶活性受温度影响较明显,在高温和低温条件下过氧化物酶活性明显升高;苗期过氧化物酶酶活性受温度影响不是很明显。[结论]叶片中过氧化物酶酶活性受温度变化的影响不如幼穗明显。 [ Objective ] The research aimed to study the relations of SOD activity of revers genic sterile rice and temperature. [ Method ] FHS was choosed from rice 99-02 which had been irradiated by low energy ion beam as material. And SOD activity was mesurated under different conditions. [ Result] SOD activity photo-thermo-sensitive genic male sterile rice was not related to the fertility, but to the temperature, And in different growth phase, the sensitivity of the rice to temperature was not the same. In detail, the rice was more sensitive to temperature in bud period and in meiosis than in three-leave period. [ Conclusion] The effects on SOD activity in leaf by temperature was less clear than in young spikelet.
