摘要
[目的]探讨了外源硼缓解植物重金属毒害的机制。[方法]以水生植物蜈蚣萍为材料,研究了外源硼对不同浓度铅胁迫下植物叶内O2-.产生速率、叶绿素、可溶性蛋白含量以及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性的影响。[结果]随铅浓度的升高,叶绿素和可溶性蛋白含量逐渐下降,抗氧化酶系统的平衡被打破,O2-.产生速率急剧上升。而外施硼有效维持了抗氧化酶系统的平衡,降低了O2-.产生速率,并且提高了铅胁迫下蜈蚣萍叶内可溶性蛋白和叶绿素含量。[结论]外源硼有效缓解了植物的铅毒害。
[ Objective ] The purpose was to discuss the mechanism that exogenous boron alleviated the toxic effects of Pb on plants. [ Method ] With Salvinia natans as tested material, the effects of exogenous boron onO2^-· generation rate, the contents of chlorophyll and soluble protein, and the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT) and peroxidase (POD) in the plant leaves under Pb stress were observed. [ Result] With the increase of Pb concentration in culture medium, the contents of chlorophyll and soluble protein decreased gradually, the equilibrium of antioxidant enzyme systems was broken, O2^-· generation rate rose rapidly. Exogenous boron addition maintained the equilibrium of antioxidant enzyme systems, lessened O2^-· generation rate, increased the contents of chlorophyll and soluble protein in the leaves of Salvinia natans under Pb stress. [ Conclusion] Exogenous boron could alleviate the toxic effects of Pb.
