摘要
[目的]研究曼陀罗引种驯化前后光合特性的变化。[方法]测定净光合速率、叶绿素、类胡萝卜素、可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量的变化。[结果]曼陀罗引种驯化前后光合日变化均为"双峰"型曲线,且存在光合"午休"现象。驯化后净光合速率、类胡萝卜素含量有所降低,可溶性糖含量、蛋白质含量有所提高,叶绿素含量提高极显著(P<0.01)。[结论]获得曼陀罗引种驯化前后光合特性的相关资料为更好地研究曼陀罗提供理论依据。
[ Objective] Variation of photosynthesis characteristics of Datura stramonium L. before and after introduction and domestication was researched, [ Method] The photosynthesis characteristics of Datura stramonium L. before and after introduction and domestication were compared, including net photosynthetic rate, content of chlorophyll, carotenoid, soluble sugar and soluble protein. [ Result] Diurnal uariation of photosynthesis and had Midday Depression of photosynthesis phenomenon. After introduction and domestication net photosynthetic rate and the content of carotenoid were decreased, but the contents of soluble sugar and soluble protein were increased and the content of chlorophyll increased significantly. [ Conclusion] The photosynthesis characteristics of Datura stramonium L. were obtained by researching the variation of photosynthesis characteristics before and after domestication. And this research provided evidence and reference.
