摘要
[目的]研究了磷酸酯化魔芋葡甘聚糖水凝胶的降解性能影响因素,为魔芋葡甘聚糖(KGM)水凝胶的应用奠定基础。[方法]研究交联剂用量、酶浓度对磷酸酯化魔芋葡甘聚糖水凝胶降解性能的影响。[结果]结果表明,水凝胶的平均降解速率随着交联剂用量的增加而逐渐降低;随着纤维素酶浓度的增加逐渐升高。[结论]降低凝胶交联度能增加凝胶的降解速率;酶浓度的增加能有效地提高凝胶的降解速率。
[ Objective]The aim of the research was to study the influence factors of phosphated konjac glucomannan(KGM) hydrogels' performance, for laying the foundation for the application of phosphated KGM hydrogel. [ Method] The effects of the concentration of the cross- linking agent and cellulase E0240 on the hydrogels' degradation were investigated. [ Result] The results showed that the average degradation ratio increased with the decreasing concentration of the cross-linking agent or the increasing concentration of cellulase E0240, [ Conclusion] The hydrogels' degradation ratio could be increased by decreasing the concentration of the cross-linking agent or by increasing the concentration of cellulase E0240.
