摘要
介绍了自制的FGM-1型缸套-活塞环快速模拟磨损试验机的原理与主要结构,并利用实际使用的缸套和活塞环作为试样,在一定范围内对载荷、温度、速度和润滑量参数的组合进行试验,验证了试验机的模拟性、性能稳定性、测试系统的重复性与灵敏性。实验结果表明,所研制的试验机可有效地对缸套、活塞环的摩擦学特性进行研究。
Introduces an FGM 1 tester principle and main structure for fast simulation of wear on engine cylinders and rings. A pair of real use cylinders and rings were applied as test samples and load, temperature, speed and lubrication were controlled singly in a certain range, thus simulating real operating conditions by composing these factors. Results of tests verified the simulation ability and performance stability of the tester, and the repeatability and sensitivity of the testing system. Test results show that the simulating tester can be used for tribology aspects of cylinder and ring research.
