在汽车修理中，采用缸套网状镀铬的修复方法，是提高发动机使用寿命，节约燃料和减少润滑油消耗的有效方法之一。介绍了网状镀铬层的形成机理，镀铬的工艺过程、工艺规范和设备，以及易产生的问题及处理方法。
In the case of automotive repairing,using netted chromiumplating renewing method for cylinder liner is one of the effective methods to prolong engine service life as well as reducing combustion fuel and lubricating oil comsumption.The mechanism of forming netted chromiumplating coat,the technological process of chromiumplating,the technological rules and equipments,easilyoccurred problems and ways of solving are also described.
