摘要
目的:探讨切口保护膜隔离疗法在预防结肠造口术患者切口感染的作用。方法:通过对结肠造口术中应用切口保护膜与人工肛门口隔离病例77例进行回顾性分析,并与未应用切口保护膜60例进行切口感染率比较。结果:应用切口保护膜组手术切口均一期愈合,无切口感染发生;1例因原发呼吸疾病复发,术后30天呼吸功能衰竭自动出院后死亡。未应用保护膜组切口感染6例(10.00%),切口经交换敷料、延期缝合后痊愈。两组间切口感染率有显著差异(P=0.00609)。结论:切口保护膜在预防结肠造口后切口感染有肯定的作用,方法简单,值得推广应用。
Objective： To study the possible effect of coveting incision with the surgldrape to prevent the wound infection in colostomy. Methods： 77 cases of colostomy performed with surgidrape adhensive membrane covering incision during the time from October 2003 to April 2007 were reviewed.And 60 cases of colostomy performed without surgidrape adhensive membrane during the time from May 2000 to September 2003 were contrasted. Results： No wound infection occurred in the cases with surgidrape adhensive membrane. 1 case of respiration failure due to primary respiratory disease were given up continuing treating in ward and died at the 30th day during postoperation. And 6 （10.00 %）cases of wound infection occurred in the cases without surgidrape adhensive membrane. The possibility of wound infection with surgidrape adhensive membrane is much less than that without surgidrape adhensive membrane （P =0.00609）. Conclusions： The surgidrape adhensive membrane had effect on preventing wound infection in colostomy.
