摘要
目的:60岁以上高龄患者腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)的临床应用价值。方法:回顾性分析78例腹腔镜胆囊切除术的临床资料。结果:中转开腹手术3例,中转率3.8%,平均术后住院4.5天。结论:围手术期处理,处理合并症,老年人腹腔镜胆囊切除术是安全可靠的。
Objective： To investigate the clinic value of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in aged patients. Methods 78 cases of LC in our hospital from 2004 Aug to 2007 Aug were studied retrospectively. Results Conversions to open surgery were needed in 3 patients. The length of hospital stay was 4-16 d （mean, 6d）. Conclusion Laparoscopic cholecystectomy is safe and feasible in aged patients. Proper perioperative management and careful prevention for complications are important for senile patients.
