摘要
目的:探讨头孢菌素引起中枢神经系统不良反应发生原因及防治措施。方法:对7例尿毒症患者应用头孢菌素出现中枢神经系统症状作回顾性分析。结果:6例停用头孢菌素和加强血液透析,症状完全消失;1例未行透析,停用头孢菌素1周后症状渐消失。结论:尿毒症患者用头孢菌素能够引起中枢神经系统不良反应,并通过停用头孢菌素或(和)加强血液透析,症状能够消失,无后遗症状。
Objective： It discusses the reasons and measures of prevention and cure for nervus centralis system＇s ill reaction from using cephalosporin. Method： retrospective analysis of nervus centralis system symptom from seven sufferers of Uraemia using cephalosporin. Result： Six sufferers＂ symptom has completely disappeared after stopping using cephalosporin and strenghtening hemodialysis while one sufferer＇s symptom has gradually disappeared a week later after stopping using cephalosporin without hemodialysis. ConclusionThe usage of cephalosporin for sufferer of ureamia can cause the ill reaction to nervus centralis system. The stmptom can disappear after stopping using cephalosporin or （and） strenghtening hemodialysis without any sequelae.
