摘要
目的:探讨基层医院采用Madigan术治疗前列腺增生症的疗效及减少并发症的有效方法。方法:回顾分析27例结扎前列腺动脉的保留尿道前列腺切除术治疗前列腺增生症患者的资料。结果:经手术治疗后效果满意,并发症少。结论:结扎前列腺动脉的保留尿道前列腺切除术是基层医院治疗前列腺增生症的有效方法之一。
Objective： To explore the clinical effect of applying the modified Madigan＇s prostatectomy to treating the prostatic hyperplasia in Primary Hospital. Methods： A retrospective analysis of 27 BPH patients who were conducted with modified Madigan prostatectomy was made. Results： The effect was satisfactory with less complication. Concision： It is an effective treatment for benign prostatic hyertrophy of in Primary Hospital.
