摘要
目的:分析产房护理纠纷的原因,探讨其防范措施。方法:对我院1998年1月~2006年10月产房护理纠纷12起进行回顾性分析。结果:12起纠纷中有4例因新生儿并发症,3例因医护服务态度问题,2例因产妇并发症,2例质疑费用问题,1例因医院管理问题。结论:加强医院管理,严格执行规章制度,增强产房护理人员法律知识,改善服务态度,提高专业技术水平是预防产房护理纠纷的良策。
Objective: To analyze the reasons for the nursing disputes in the delivery room, and to put forward some preventive measurement. Methods: Twelve nursing disputes between January 1998 and October 2006, in our hospital's delivery room were retrospectively analyzed. Results: Among the twelve disputes, four cases were relative" with the new born baby's complication, three cases nursing service manner, two cases new born baby's mothers" complications, two cases the question of expenses, one case hospital management problem.
