摘要
目的:用HPLC法测定复方醋酸曲安奈德滴耳液中氯霉素和醋酸曲安奈德含量。方法:采用C18柱,以甲醇-水-乙醚-三乙胺(55∶45∶2∶0.2)为流动相,流速为1.0mL·min-1,检测波长240nm。结果:氯霉素、醋酸曲安奈德的浓度线性范围分别为14.980～749.000mg·L-1和1.034～51.720mg·L-1,回收率(n=9)分别为99.9%和99.8%。结论:本法操作简单,结果准确,可以有效地控制质量。
Objective：Chloramphenieol and Triameinolone aeetonide acetate were determined by HPLC in Compound Triameinolone Aeetonide Acetate Ear Drops. Methods： Using Cls column, methanol-water-ether-triethylamine （55 ： 45 ： 2： 0. 2 ） as mobile phase, flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1, wavelength of detector was 240 nm. Results： The calibration curves were linear in the range of 14. 980 - 749. 000 mg · L^ - 1 for Chloramphenieol and 1. 034 - 51. 720 mg · L^ - 1 for Triameinolone Aeetonide Acetate. The average recoveries（ n = 9 ）of Chloramphenieol and Triameinolone Aeetonide Acetate were 99.9% and 99. 8%, respectively. Conclusion：This method is simple,convenient and very suitable for quality control.
