摘要
对湖南省慈利县101名志愿者组织胞浆菌素皮肤试验(皮试)的阳性者6例和部分阴性者15例,以补体结合(CP)和双向免疫琼脂扩散(ID)试验测定其血清中组织胞浆菌特异性抗体。结果表明,CF与皮试相符而ID均为阴性;提示慈利县有组织胞浆菌感染人群存在。
A hundred and one volunteers of Cili County in Hunan Province were examined by histoplasmin skin test. Of 101 subjects, 6 persons were found to be positive, and 95 negative. They were examined for serum antibodies by complement fixation (CF) and immunodiffusion (ID) tests. Those showing positive in skin test were positive in CF test. All these tested people showed ID test negative. It is indicated that there are people with histoplasma infection in Cili County.
