摘要
介绍了高压阀体类铸钢件热裂缺陷的特征,从金属性质、铸型阻力、铸件结构及铸造工艺等方面分析了裂纹缺陷产生的原因,并介绍了具体的预防措施:优化高压阀体类铸件的结构设计,采用合理的铸造工艺,严格控制化学成分、浇注温度及热处理过程,等。结果表明,铸件的裂纹缺陷得到了有效的控制。
The features of hot tearing defects of steel valve bodies castings were described, the reasons causing tearing/ cracking defects were analyzed in aspects of metal properties, mould resistance, castings configurations and casting method Measures to prevent tearing/cracking defects were introduced including： optimizing configuration design of valve body castings, adopting proper casting method, strictly controlling chemical composition, pouring temperature and heat treating process, and so on. The result showed that tearing/cracking defects have been controlled effectively.
