高压阀体类铸钢件裂纹的产生原因与预防措施

摘要 介绍了高压阀体类铸钢件热裂缺陷的特征,从金属性质、铸型阻力、铸件结构及铸造工艺等方面分析了裂纹缺陷产生的原因,并介绍了具体的预防措施:优化高压阀体类铸件的结构设计,采用合理的铸造工艺,严格控制化学成分、浇注温度及热处理过程,等。结果表明,铸件的裂纹缺陷得到了有效的控制。 The features of hot tearing defects of steel valve bodies castings were described, the reasons causing tearing/ cracking defects were analyzed in aspects of metal properties, mould resistance, castings configurations and casting method Measures to prevent tearing/cracking defects were introduced including: optimizing configuration design of valve body castings, adopting proper casting method, strictly controlling chemical composition, pouring temperature and heat treating process, and so on. The result showed that tearing/cracking defects have been controlled effectively.
