摘要 通过在普通高Ni-Cr铸铁中加入元素V和Nb以及进行回火处理,在基体中结晶出均匀弥散分布的细小耐磨粒子,使轧辊外层及芯部的石墨变得细小圆整,外层碳化物均匀分散,辊身表面硬度﹑硬度落差、辊颈抗拉强度等力学性能指标均满足轧辊的使用要求。 By adding vanadium and niobium into ordinary high Ni-Cr cast iron and tempering treatment, there were small wear resistant particles crystallizing out and distributing unitbrmly and dispersedly in the matrix; the graphite in both the outer layer and core area of the roll became smaller and more rounded; carbides distribution in outer layer became more uniformly and dispersedly. As a result, the meehanical properties of the roll such as the surface hardness, hardness drop, tensile strength of the roll neck and so on eompletely reached the requirement of application.
