摘要
采用酯酶同工酶分析方法鉴定出新型烟草罗勒烟中转入了亲本药用植物罗勒的遗传物质。烟叶主要化学成分分析显示,罗勒烟具有低糖、中高烟碱的特点。气相色谱-质谱联用技术初步分析表明,罗勒烟中含有柠檬烯、香薷酮、β-丁香烯和罗勒烯等罗勒挥发油的成分,并产生了α-松油醇、金合欢烯和γ-古云烯等新的医药成分和香料成分。罗勒烟在卷烟、食品和医药等领域具有很高的综合利用价值。
Analysis of esterase isozyme was carried out in parents and their filial generation. The results proved that heredity substance in medical plant Ocimum bailicum L. had been introduced into filial generation between tobacco and Ocimum bailicum L. by means of distant hybrid. The results of the analysis of chemical components showed that medical tobacco variety had characteristics of low-sugar, middle or high nicotine content. Chemical constituents of the volatile oil were extracted and preliminarily analyzed by GC/MS. The results revealed that contents of essential oil in Ocimum bailicure L., such as D-limonene, elsholtzic ketone ,β-earyophyUene and ocimene, had been introduced in medical tobacco variety. Some new medicine ingredients and flavor components were found in medical tobacco variety, such as α-terpineol, farnesene and γ-gurjunene. It provided a theoretical basis for the comprehensive utilizations of medical tobacco variety.
