摘要
目的:观察补肾活血方合火把花根片治疗类风湿性关节炎的疗效及其安全性。方法:将60例患者随机分为2组各30例,治疗组予补肾活血方合火把花根片治疗,对照组予单味火把花根片治疗。2组均服药12周。结果:总有效率治疗组为86.7%,对照组为30.0%,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。治疗后2组晨僵时间、关节肿胀数、疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、血沉(ESR)、C反应蛋白(CRP)等症状指标改善情况比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组。结论:补肾活血方合火把花根片治疗类风湿性关节炎疗效好,安全性高,较单用火把花根片治疗效果明显。
Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect and the safety of Bushen Huoxue Recipe (BHR) combined with Colquhounia Root Tablet(CRT) for Rheumatoid Arthritis(RA). Methods:Sixty RA patients were equally ran- domized into 2 groups:the treatment group received BHR combined with CRT,and the control group received CRT only.The treatment lasted 12 weeks. Results: The total effective rate was 86.7% in the treatment group and 30.0% in the control group,the difference being significant between the two groups(P<0.05). There also existed significant differences of morning stiff- ness time,number of swelling joints, VAS, ESR and CRP between the two groups, and the effect in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: BHR combined with CRT is effective and safe for the treatment of RA, and has a better effect than CRT only.
