摘要
通过对施主离子EDO-R,R-DMEDT-TTF导电性盐AuBr2和AuI2的输送测定,分析了tau型有机导体的样品依赖性的关系.具体测量时,在镀有金膜的样品(EDO-R,R-DMEDT-TTF)2(AuBr2)1+y上,采用8条金线测试探子,对同一个样品进行导电面内和导电面之间的电阻率测量,从而对样品依赖性进行了比较客观的讨论.并且结合tau型有机导体(EDO-R,R-DMEDT-TTF)2(AuI2)1+y的相转移温度随着所受压力的变化关系,以及不同导电性盐的相转移温度,给定了晶体内部压力和样品依赖性之间的定量关系.
People have done some analysis about the dependence of the tau-organic conductor samples by transportation determination of the conductive salt AuBr2 and AuI2 of the electron donor EDO-R, R-DMEDT- TTF. In details, On the gold-plating samples (ESO-R, R-DMEDT-TTF)2(AuBr2)1+y, they used eight pieces of golden thread testing scouts on the gold-plating samples. The resistivity of samples is been measured both electricity conductor surface and between them, therefore, the discussion on the dependencies of the samples is carried out objectively. Moreover, by combining the changing relationship of the phase inversion temperature and pressure of the tau organic conductor (ESO-R, R-DMEDT-TTF)2 (AuBr2)1+y with the phase inversion temperature of different electrical conductivity salt, they have drawn the conclusion of the quantificational relationship of the crystal inside pressure and the sample dependency.
