摘要
介绍了汽车发动机硅油风扇离合器性能测试系统的研制概况,着重就解决测试软件编制中的主要问题作了说明。该系统以计算机为基础,可同时监测三个试验台架,含有数据采集、分析、存储、查询和打印报表、曲线等功能。测试程序是用C语言编成,其特点是显示界面汉化,但运行时不需CCDOS或其它中文软件的支持,直接在DOS环境下运行,降低了测试系统对硬、软件的要求,便于在一般工控机上应用,且操作简便。
This paper introduces development of a test system for silicon-oil fan clutch of automotive engine. The system mainly consists of three benches and a computer for the clutch performance testing, which has functions such as data acquisition, analyzing and processing, etc.. The program is developed in C language with characteristics of displaying in Chinese and working just in DOS environment without any support of CCDOS or WINDOWS. It reduces requirements for hardware of the system. Thus it is costeffective and easy use.
