摘要
运用最小二乘圆法建立了圆度误差的数学模型,综合SWIFT法和混沌算法的优点,提出了改进的混沌优化算法,将约束优化问题转化为无约束优化问题求解,并且通过对圆度误差测量数据处理的应用实例,说明了此优化算法的优点,从而达到全局最优。此优化算法也可推广到其它测量误差的数据处理上。
A mathematical model of roundness error was presented based on least square circles. An improved chaotic opti- mization algorithm was proposed by synthesizing the merit in SWIFT algorithm and chaos algorithm,and constrained optimiza- tion problems were transformed into unconstrained optimization to solve the model. Application example of processing data of measuring roundness error showed that the algorithm can achieve global optimization and can also be promoted to process data of other measuring method.
