摘要
用间浸悬挂失重法,对磷酸钠、葡萄糖酸钠、硫酸锌、钨酸钠、钼酸钠、硅酸钠及硫脲等7种成分与氯盐型融雪剂水溶液中碳钢的复配缓蚀效果进行了研究,筛选出用磷酸二氢锌、葡萄糖酸钠和硫脲组成的复合配方.结果表明,由50 mg/L磷酸二氢锌3、00 mg/L葡萄糖酸钠和100 mg/L硫脲组成的复配缓蚀剂,对氯盐型融雪剂溶液中碳钢的缓蚀率可达99.38%.
Corrosion inhibitors of mild steel in chlorided deiceing agent solution were studied using weight loss of discontinuous immersed hanging test methods in this work. Seven compounds, sodium dihydrogen phosphate, sodium gluconate, zinc sulphate, thiourea, sodium silicate, sodium molybdate and sodium tungstate were assessed for corrosion inhibition o{ mild steel in snow-melting agent solution,and the result shows that the inhibitor which compounded with 50mg/L zinc di- hydrogen phosphate, S00mg/L sodium gluconate, 100mg/L thiourea has an inhibitive efficiency of 99.38 %.
