摘要
报告耳源性面瘫27例,其中慢性化脓性中耳炎致瘫10例,中耳乳突手术损伤17例。治疗后面神经功能恢复正常(Ⅰ级)19例,轻度功能失调(Ⅱ级)4例,严重功能失调4例。对3例少见致瘫原因作了报道。
The otogenic facial paralysis is one of the clinical problems frequently faced by otologist. This paper reports 27 patients with otogenic facial paralysis owing to chronic suppurative otitis media (10 cases) and iatrogenic injuries (17 cases) from July 1976 to June 1987, who had been followed up for more than one year. The causes and the sites of injuries of the facial nerve were discussed. Facial nerve decompression were performed in 22 cases and facial nerve grafting in 4 cases. Results of treatment were as follows: grade 1, entirely recovered, in 19 cases; grade 2, partially recovered, in 4 cases; grade 5, not recovered, in 4 cases. Three special cases were analysed. one of them showed immediate facial paralysis after stretching the chorda tympani nerve in the tympanum.
