摘要
目的:观察小针刀对颈源性头痛的治疗效果。方法:80例病人随机分为2组、每组40例;针刀组在颈项部敏感点做针刀松解术;对照组服散利痛及通天口服液;治疗前后进行语言类比量表评分和治愈率、总显效率、总有效率比较。结果:针刀组治疗后VRS评分显著低于治疗前(p<0.01),药物对照组治疗后评分明显低于治疗前(p<0.05);针刀组的痊愈率显著高于药物组(P<0.01),总显效率及总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针刀松解能解除神经血管卡压,促进神经传导功能的恢复,缓解颈性头痛。
Objective. To observe therapeutic effect of small needle knife therapy on cervicogenic headache. Methods： 80 cases of cervicogenic headache were divided into a small needle knife therapy group and a drug control group, 40 cases in each group. The verbal rating seale（VRS） scores were assessed before and after treatment, and the curerate, the total produce effects rate, the total effective rate were performed after treatment. Results.The VRS scores were more lower than before treatment in the small needle knife therapy group（p〈0. 01） ,and was lower than before treatment in the drug control group（p〈0. 05）. The VRS scores were more lower in the small needle knife therapy group than the drug control group after treatment（p〈0. 05）. The cure rate of the small needle knife therapy group was more higher than the drug control group after treatment（p〈0.01）, and the total produce effects rate and the total effective rate were all higher than the drug control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusions： The small needle knife therapy can relax the obstruction of the nerve and blood vessel, and can relieve the cervicogenic headache.
