摘要
目的:观察分析影响功能性鼻内窥镜下鼻窦炎、鼻息肉手术后疗效的相关因素。方法:对2000年～2006年,600例鼻窦炎、鼻息肉患者进行鼻内窥镜手术,其中120例进行随访观察。结果:一期治愈率30%,延期治愈率63.9%,好转5%,无效1.1%。结论:恰当的术后处理,定期合理的鼻内窥镜下随访是保证远期手术疗效的重要环节。
Objective. To observe some relative elements affecting the curative effecting of functional endoscopic sinusitis and rhiopolypus surgery. Methods. 600 patients with sinusitis and rhiopolypus were operated and 120 cases were followedup from2000 to 2006 year. Results.. The cure rate was 30% at one stage , 63. 9% at late stage ,impoved rate 5%and the failure rate was 1.1%. Conclusion. The suitable postoperative treatment and reasonable regular following--up by endoscopy is one of the important segment for securing optional long--term result.
