摘要
目的:探讨内侧骨皮质重建+DHS治疗股骨转子下骨折不愈合的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析使用内侧骨皮质重建+DHS治疗股骨转子下骨折不愈合8例的临床资料。结果:8例达临床愈合,优良率92(,3例有轻度关节活动受限。结论:在内侧骨皮质重建的基础上,合理的应用DHS可以达到类似双钢板固定的效果,使骨折断端稳定性增强,同时行自体骨移植后,在骨诱导的作用下促使骨折愈合,可作为治疗股骨转子下骨折不愈合的一种良好选择。
Objective： To explore the clinical effects of treatment of non--union of subtrochanteric fractures with reconstruction of medial bone cortical and DHS. Methods： 8 cases clinical data of treatment of non--union of subtrochanteric fractures with reconstruction of medial bone cortical and DHS were retrospectively analyzed. Results： 8 cases were healed up, the excellent and good rate achieved 92 percent, only 3 cases＇ joint activity were slightly limited. Conclusion： On the basis of reconstruction of medial bone cortical, reasonable application of DHS can achieve the similar effect as double steel plate fixation, and build up the stability of disjunction end of fractures, at the same time accelerate the union of fracture under the function of bone inducement after making autoplasty. It can be regarded as a good choice to treat non-union of subtrochanteric fractures.
