摘要
提出的"批货物"管理模式是一种全新的库存管理方法,主要是指货物、产品在进行发货、仓储、出库、生产等操作时,以入库时的产品批次为管理单元进行管理。应用"批货物管理"模式进行出库操作时,不仅可以指定出什么货物、出多少货物,而且可以直接对某批货物进行处理和组合。这种批货物管理模式可以有效地处理各批货物间价格、包装、质量、保质期等等因素的差异,最大可能地适应企业在实际运营中情况的变化。
This paper proposes ＂a batch of cargo＂ management pattern that is a new concept in stock management methods. The ＂batch of cargo＂ management carry on the management according to stored into the storehouse＇ s batch as the management unit. When cargo or product carries on delivers goods, stores in a storehouse, leaves the storehouse and production. Delivery of cargo from storage using ＂batch management of cargoes＂ management pattern, can not only specify the type and the quantity of cargoes, but also manage and organize certain cargoes directly. This ＂batch management of cargoes＂ mode can efficiently deal with the differences of price, packing, quality, expiring date of all cargoes, and can reading adapt to the changes during the real operation of the enterprise.
