摘要
传统的加速度控制振动试验中的过试验问题已经被许多专家认识到,力限控制技术的发展给解决振动试验中的过试验提供了方法。在本文中,以某试件承力筒纵向正弦扫描振动试验为平台,进行了力限控制技术在振动试验中的尝试。对比传统加速度控制和新型力限控制情况下的试验结果,分析力限控制在提高控制精度,解决过试验方面的优点。同时,探讨了将力限控制方法有效应用到振动试验中的一些关键技术和难点。
Many experts recognized the problem of over testing in vibration test which controlled by acceleration. The limited method is an effective way to solve the problem of over testing. In this paper, on the base of portrait sine sweep vibration test of example, the force limited method in the vertical direction vibration test of a satellite central tube was applied in the vibration test. The control precision and test results of the force limited method are compared with those of the acceleration controlled method. The advantage of force limited method in improving control precision and solving problem of over testing are analyzed. The critical technique and difficulty of the force limited method to be used in vibration tests are discussed.
