摘要
目的研究同种异体脱细胞真皮基质（ADM）组织补片在结膜囊成形术中的临床效果。方法对26例羟基磷灰石义眼台植入术后结膜囊狭窄者进行脱细胞真皮基质结膜囊成形术。随访观察6～18月，平均11月。结果26例均获得良好效果。半年后组织补片呈正常结膜色泽外观，且稳定。无感染、坏死或排斥反应等发生。配戴义眼片后患眼外形良好。结论采用ADM组织补片进行结膜囊成形术，取材方便、手术安全、疗效可靠。
Objective To study the clinical effect of allograft aeellular dermal matrix（ADM） in the treatment of conjunctival sac narrow. Methods 26 cases（26 eyes） with eonjunctival sac narrow post-operation hydroxyapatite （HA） implantation were treated with allograft acellular dermal matrix. Follow-up ranged from 6 to 18 months（ averagedll months）. Results 26 cases all got satisfied clinical effeet. ADM emerged the normal eolour and outward appearance of conjunctiva post-operation 6 months. No infection, necrosis or exclusion took place and good cosmetic effect were got after artificial eyes used. Conclusions It was suggested that ADM was convenient and safe on the conjunetiva sac rebuild in the cases of conjunctival sca narrow,the curative effct was trustworthy.
