摘要
校企科技创新联盟是介于市场和校办企业之间的中间组织形式,包括股权联盟和非股权联盟两种模式。与非股权模式相比,股权模式校企联盟一体化程度相对较高,不确定性相对较低,具有更低的合作创新交易成本和更高的合作创新成功率。
The scientific and technological innovation coalition between universities and enterprises is an intermediary organization between market and university-run enterprises, it includes two modes： stock coalition and nonstick coalition. Compared with nonstick coalition, stock coalition has a high degree of integration and a low degree of uncertainty with lower cooperative costs of innovation transactions and higher cooperative innovation rates of success.
