摘要
报告肝胆管结石手术失误125例。并讨论手术改进措施。手术治疗未能取得预期效果,和术前无明确的诊断因而手术带有盲目性、遗留肝脏病灶没有处理;没有正确掌握胆道内引流的指征和技术规范;没有正确的手术前和手术后处理;以及肝胆管结石并狭窄病变广泛而复杂等因素有关。
From Jan. 1981 to May 1989, 125 cases of intrahepatic stones with prior surgical errors and associated complications were presented, and the problem concerning improvement in surgical technic was commented. Analysis of prior surgical malpractice, revealed that no precise preoperative diagnosis, result in blindfold, the absence of definitive treatment on intrahepatic lesions, the inadequacy in mastering operative indications and standard technic of bilio-enteral anastomosis , the inappropriate pre and postoperative managements. and the presence of diffuse and complicated intrahepatic stones and strictures.
