摘要
对42例先天性室间隔缺损(VSD)患儿的心导纳微分图A波与心向量图P环进行了相关分析,结果显示A波各参数与P环各参数的关系非常密切,进一步证明了A波的形成机制。P-A间期及H面P环最大向量振幅(H-max-P)是估价心房增大的敏感指标,A波及P环各参数在评价心房辅助泵功能、反映左室舒张未压力方面有实用价值,值得临床推广应用。
Vectorcardiography P loop(VCG-P) reflects the electrical force of the atria and its measurements may represent the degree of a trial enlargment and hypertrophy. The dy/dt-A is related to active atrial contraction. Both VCG-P and dy/dt-A are used as hemodynamic parameters in patients with ventricular septal defects (VSD). This study is intended to elucidate the relation between dy/dt-A and VCG-P in 42 patients with VSD. The results showed that A wave is a practi cal index in assessing the supplementary pump function of the atria and in reflecting left ventricle end-diastolic pressure. The sensitivity and specificity of P-A and H-max-P are higher than that of X-ray in assessing atrial enlargment, and H-max-P is of practical use in assessing mean of pulmonary aterial pressure.
