摘要
以劣质辽河渣油为研究对象,通过高压釜反应模拟悬浮床加氢裂化反应,考察了自制的自身含硫的油溶性分散型镍催化剂在不同反应条件下对反应产物分布的影响。对于此油溶性催化剂,使用硫化剂的效果要明显优于无硫化剂的情况,其中硫粉作为硫化剂的效果最为理想。用此油溶性催化剂处理辽河渣油的最佳反应条件为:油溶性催化剂质量分数为300μg/g,反应初始氢气压力为7.0 MPa,反应温度为基准(t+5)℃,反应时间1 h。
The Liaohe inferior residue was studied as object and the slurry--bed hydrocracking reaction to Liaohe residue was simulated by the autoclave reaction. The effects of oil-- soluble dispersed Ni catalyst on residue conversion under different reaction conditions were investigated. The results show that for the oil--soluble dispersed Ni catalyst, the use of the sulfide agent is superior to without sulfide agent; sulfur is the best sulfide agent. The best reaction conditions for hydrocracking Liaohe residue using oil soluble dispersed Ni catalyst are: oil--soluble catalyst concentration 300 μg/g, the initial hydrogen pressure of 7.0 MPa, reaction temperature is standard temperature (t+5)℃, reaction time of 1 h.
