摘要
针对工业现场安全性的要求,介绍了工作在危险区域中的本质安全电路的基本组成和工作原理,分析了安全栅的基本结构和特性参数,描述了本质安全系统的基本组成,通过对模拟量输入/输出和数字量输入/输出的安全栅与典型的现场设备的连接方式的讨论,给出了工业现场中各种本质安全应用的设计方法和实现过程,最后探讨了本质安全系统的接线、安装、维护等细节,并指出了本质安全系统实施过程中的注意事项。
According to the safety requirements in industrial fields, the principle and basic components of the intrinsically safe circuits working in the hazardous areas are presented. The characteristics and architecture of the safety barrier are analyzed and the basic composition of the system is described. Through the discussion on the interconnections between typical field devices and safety barriers for analog input and output or digital input and output, the design and realization of various IS applications for industrial fields are given. Finally, the details of wiring, installation and maintenance of the intrinsically safe system are recommended and some cautions to be noted in installation are given.
