HT-5001C型同位素料位计的研究与设计

摘要 同位素仪表具有非接触性、准确性、灵敏性以及能适应各种复杂环境的优点,在工业领域得到了广泛的应用。多通道智能化HT-5001C型同位素料位计以AT89C51单片机作为核心部件。采用了I2C总线接口方式扩展外围芯片,通过软件编程实现了智能巡检、数字滤波、故障自检等功能,使仪表具有思路明确、流程清晰、方法简单可行等特点,可广泛适用于化工、电力、水泥等行业的料位测控。 Isotopic instrument has been widely used in industrial areas because of its advantages of non-contact, precise and sensitive, as well as suitable for various complicated environment. In intelligent multiple channel isotopic level meter HT-5001C, AT89C51 MCU is working as the kernel part and I^2C bus interface is adopted to expand the peripheral chip. Through software programming, the functions of intelligent data logging, digital filtering and fault self-diagnosis are completed. The instrument features clarified concept, distinct flowchart and easy feasibility; it can be used for material level measurement in chemical, power generation and cement industries, etc.
