摘要
为实现注聚液粘度的在线测量,采用软测量的原理,建立了基于DDE技术的液体粘度在线测量系统。首先建立待测液体粘度的数学模型;然后应用最小二乘法进行参数辨识,最终确立该模型,并得到待测粘度值。通过动态数据交换(DDE)技术将PLC采集到的数据送入Matlab中进行处理,并将结果送回组态王,实现了组态王与Matlab的实时数据交换,使得系统可以方便地在线处理数据。具有编程简单,操作方便等优点。
In order to on llne measure the liquid viscosity of polymerization inhibitor, by using soft sensing principle, an on-line measuring system for liquid viscosity is established based on DDE technology. Firstly, a mathematical model of viscosity of measured liquid is created, then parameter recognition is accomplished with least square method, finally the model has been verified, thus the value of viscosity can be obtained. Through dynamic data exchange (DDE) technology, the data collected by PLC are sent into Matlab for processing, and the results are sent back into Kingview, thus real-time data exchange between Kingview and Matlab is implemented. This makes the system working easily for on line data processing. The system features simple programming and easy operation.
