摘要
本文提出一种在Matlab/Simulink环境中构建无刷直流电动机PSB混合仿真模型的方法。利用PSB中的受控电源模块和测量元件模块将电机数学模型与电路拓扑模型联系起来,构成了电路、电机及数字控制系统的混合仿真模型,具有简单、直观、参数改动方便等优点。系统中采用了双闭环控制,速度环采用PI控制,电流环采用滞环控制,仿真结果证明该方法可以有效地解决带电力电子装置的复杂电机控制仿真问题,为实际电机控制系统的设计和调试提供了新的思路。
A new method to construct Matlab/PSB model for brushless DC motor was proposed. The key idea of the proposed method was to make use of controlled voltage/current sources and voltage/current measurement units to exchange information between the mathematic model of the BLDCM and the topological model of the circuit. The constructed circuit-electric machine-digital controller mixed system had the virtues of simple, understandability, and modifying parameters easily. In this paper, a PI controller was adopted in the speed loop and a hysteresis current controller was adopted in the current loop, the reason-ability and validity had been testified by the simulation results. This method was an efficient solution for simulation modeling of the complicated electric machine with power electronics devices and offers a new thought way for designing and debugging actual motors.
