摘要
建立了三相异步牵引电机温度场分析的有限元模型,分析了电机的发热热源、定子线圈等效导热系数、强迫通风冷却条件下通风道内和气隙内气流的散热系数。用有限元分析软件Ansoft对异步牵引电机的温度场进行了仿真,给出了空载和额定负载条件下包括定、转子在内的电机整体的温度场分布图,对一些特殊位置点的温度进行了比较和分析。这对于指导全面认识电机内部的温升情况,检验设计的电机温升性能具有一定的指导意义。
The model of a three-phase asynchronous traction motor was established for Finite element analysis (FEA) . Analyzes the thermal resource of the motor, the equivalent coefficient of heat conductivity for stator coil and coefficient of heat radiation in the air channel and airgap by forced air circulation. In application of Ansoft FEM software, the temperature field simulation of this motor was accomplished, then presents the distribution graph of this motor under no-load operation and rated Operation. The result showed that it was valuable for checking the designed motor and comprehensive understanding the thermal behavior of motor.
