摘要
对加工中心主轴轴承游隙、轴承预紧机理进行了分析,提出了实测游隙、轴承预紧量、提升主轴品质的新方案,并设计了主轴轴承游隙测量专用工具,进行了游隙测量专用工具的参数设计,通过游隙实测、螺母旋紧转矩的计算,再加上高精度转矩扳手的采用,从而达到了量化轴承预紧、提升主轴品质的目的。
Analyzing on the mechanism of bearing backlash & bearing preload of spindle of machining center, several technological schemes of measuring the bearing backlash and preload and improve the quality of the spindle had been pretended. Further more, special tools, including their parameters for spindle's backlash measuring, had also been designed. Through hearing backlash measuring and nut tightening torque calculation, as well as high precision torque wrench adopting, the bearing preload had been quantized and the spindle quality had been improved.
