摘要
数控刀具材料与待加工材料之间存在着力学、物理和化学等性能的匹配问题,所以需要为某一具体条件下的加工对象选择一种合适的切削刀具。应用模糊数学理论中模糊综合评判这一重要方法可合理选择数控刀具材料,并以二级模糊综合评判来实现数控刀具材料的优选。
There are some characteristic matching factors, such as dynamics, physics, chemistry etc. between CNC cutting tools materials and the materials required to manufacture. So a kind of appropriate cutting tool for manufacturing an object under one of the special conditions must be selected. In this thesis, the fuzzy integrated judgment method, an important method of fuzzy mathematics theories may be applied to select CNC cutting tools materials reasonably. And the optimization of CNC cutting tools materials selection can be accomplished with the second - level fuzzy integrated judgment
