摘要
现有的Free-form型螺旋锥齿轮磨齿机的CNC系统不可能在加工齿面每一点时完全转换传统摇台螺旋锥齿轮磨齿机的展成运动,因为这满足不了实时性的要求,而且也无必要。因此作者提出了一种只在齿面参考点进行两次矢量旋转的简单的转化方法,并推导出了以显式表达Free-form型机床加工调整参数的精确计算公式。与其他方法相比,介绍的方法概念清晰,计算量小,更加简便而准确并可以满足数控系统实时插补的要求。
Available CNC system of the Free - form helical bevel gear grinding machine cannot perform the transformation for each data point during the machining process at real time, and it is unnecessary in practice. Therefore, a simple algorism is put forward, it is only necessary to perform the transformation at the reference point by two times of vector revolution, and accurate formulas for the machine setting parameters were obtained in explicit form. In comparison with other methods, this algorism has the advantages of clear in principle, less calculative amount, simpler and more accurate and can meet the requirement of real - time interpolation of CNC system.
