摘要
基于ANSYS平台,以模态实验为基础、有限元分析为核心,通过对XH715立式加工中心床身的结构优化,努力寻求提高床身结构抗振特性、节省材料、获得最佳结构尺寸的动态设计方法。
Based on ANSYS, this paper introduces a dynamic design method, which is founded on modal experiment and finite element analysis, through optimizing the bed structure of XH715 vertical machining centre. The method can advance the structure vibration resistance, save the material and get the best structure size of a machine tool bed.
