摘要
由于42CrMo曲轴锻造坯组织晶粒粗大,影响了钢中缺陷的超声波定性探伤效果。通过试验确定了旨在细化晶粒的热处理工艺,取得了满意的实际生产效果。
This paper introduces the effect of eoarse grains on the uhrasonie inspect ion of 42CrMo steel used for crankshaft. Based on experiments, this paper gives a proper heat treatment process to improve the micro-struction of 42CrMo steel. The results are satisfying.
