Production of Cell Fusion and Generation of Aneuploidy

摘要 肿瘤发生的具体机制尚未定论。近来研究发现,病理情况下细胞间发生融合形成的四倍体等多倍体细胞,其作为非整倍体的中间过度状态在肿瘤的发生过程中发挥了很大作用,提示细胞融合可能是肿瘤发生的一种机制。本文就细胞融合、非整倍体及肿瘤三者之间的关系作一简要阐述。 The mechanism of tumor formation is not completely understood. Recent studies demonstrated that polyploidy especially tetraploid formed by cell fusion was believed to play a critical role in the genesis and development of tumor as the intermediate state of aneuploidy. These suggested that cell fusion maybe one mechanism of the tumor genesis. This article reviews the relationship amony cell fusion, aneuploidy and tumor.
