摘要
师德是教育之魂。加强师德修养,是目前高职院校建设一支让人民满意的教师队伍、办好让人民满意的教育的必然要求,是高职院校深化教育改革、全面实施素质教育的基本保证。尤其是从事高职教育的教师要自觉加强师德修养,既要向学生传道授业,更要担负起培养学生树立正确的世界观、人生观和价值观的责任,努力成为人类灵魂的工程师。通过加强师德建设,增强教师教书育人、以身立教的使命感和责任感。
Teacher＇s Morality is the soul of education. It is a necessary and inevitable demand to strengthen the teacher＇s morality cultivation, for building a satisfactory corps of teachers and good education to the people in vocational college construction. It is a basic guarantee for deepening educational reform in vocational colleges and implementing all-around development quality education comprehensively.
