摘要
细菌要维持其完整的细胞形态需要一定的渗透压,根据极端环境微生物耐盐程度的差异大致分为非嗜盐、弱嗜盐、中等嗜盐、极端嗜盐和耐盐菌5大类。本研究组通过测定不同浓度NaCl条件处理下,600nm处的光谱吸收的改变值结合显微照相的方法,对极端嗜盐古菌维持完整细胞形态所必须的最低NaCl浓度进行研究,发现极端嗜盐古菌CY1保持完整的细胞形态的最低NaCl浓度为8%~10%。并建立了较为系统、可靠的测定极端嗜盐古菌保持完整细胞形态最低NaCl浓度的研究方法。
Bacteria had to been in a certain degree of osmolality to maintenance intact cell figure. This study carried on the research on lowest concentration of NaCI which to keep complete cells figure of extremely halophilic archaea strain CY1. The research methods were measuring the change of optical density at 600 nm by dealing with different concentration of NaCl. Microscope figures were taken after a simple staining. The lowest concentration of NaCl was 8% -10%.
