摘要
1993年12月～1997年4月，该院施行VATS214例，手术226次，其中204例经胸腔镜完成了手术，10例中转传统开胸手术。手术时间18～130min，平均68．8min。术后平均住院日9．3d.术后并发症10例，占4．7％。该文就VATS手术适应证、操作技术以及共发症的防治进行了讨论。
From December 1993 to April 1997, 214 patients with thoracic disease were diagnosed and treated by VATS (266 times) in the hospital. The procedure was successful in 204 of the patients, with the remaining ten patients be-ing changed to thoracotomy. The operating time ranged from 18 ~ 130 minutes, with an average of 68. 8 minutes.The average post-operative hospital stay was 9. 3 days. Post-operative complications occurred in ten patients (4.7% ). The prevention and treatment of complications are also discussed in this paper.
