摘要
介绍"通用燃烧优化控制技术(BCS)"在大型圆环形竖炉上的应用。由于煤气压力和热值的波动大,燃烧过程难以控制,采用BCS技术,可使适于竖炉工艺要求的空、煤气配比达到最佳,优化了燃烧过程,使竖炉的生产能力得到充分发挥,节约了大量煤气,创造了可观的经济效益。
Application of the BCS technology in a large ring type shaft furnace is introduced. Although the fluctuation of caloric value and pressure of gas are big, combustion Process is hard to control, due to BCS technology, the mixture ratio of air and gas which answers to the technical demand is best, combustion process is optimized, shaft furnace's throughput is fully exerted, plentiful gas is saved, considerable economic benefit is created.
