摘要
比利时冶金研究中心(CRM)开发出新型探头,对高炉炉料轨迹进行在线测量。介绍了轨迹测量探头在实验台和工业高炉的测量情况,详细分析了新型探头的使用效果,并与喷漆杆测量法进行比较。比较结果证明,新型探头制作简单、廉价,测量灵敏,可以正确测量和确定炉料料流的径向分布。
CRM develops a new type of probe for the on-line measurement of the blast furnace burden trajectories. The paper introduces the measurement on a test rig and an industrial blast furnace by the probe, analyses the results in detail and compares with the trajectory measurement method with painted bar. The results show the new probe, which can be simply and cheaply made, is sensitive and can correctly measure and determine the radial distribution of the burden stream.
