摘要
应用ＢＳＤ２０００型热疗机对６例胸壁肿瘤进行热疗加放疗。女性５例，男性１例。乳腺癌术后胸壁复发５例，纤维组织细胞肉瘤术后复发１例。平均肿瘤体积为４０２．２ｃｍ３，平均放疗剂量４７．６Ｇｙ。热疗均在放疗后３０分钟内进行，每周２次。６例病人共加热２１次。其中８５．７％的加热肿瘤内达４２℃以上，５２．４％的加热ＴＥＭ４２．５≥３０，平均Ｔｍｉｎ、Ｔｍａｘ和Ｔｍｅａｎ分别为４１．８±１．０℃，４２．５±０．７℃和４２．１±０．６℃。热疗副作用包括出汗６例，皮肤水疱１例，局部疼痛１例。治疗的总有效率为８３．３％。
Preliminary report on the hyperthermia of the chest malignancies with a total of 21 case an lysis using the BSD---2000 system with sigma 60 applicator,6 patients advanced chest wall malignancies were treated,including five female and one male with a median age of 53.8 years.All of 6 patients had advanced recurrent malignancies.The mean tumor volume was 402.2 cm 3.The mean radiation dose was 47.6 Gy.Five patients had breast cancers,and one had a fibrous tissue sarcoma.Hyperthermia treatments were given to all patients with twice a week.Intratumor temperature of 42℃ was achieved during 85.7% sessions.Thermal dose of TEM 42.5℃ for 30 or more was achieved in 52.4% of the treatments. The average intratumor minimum,maximum and mean temperature were 41.8±1.0℃,42.5±0.7℃and 42.1±0.6℃,respectively.Toxic reactions included thermal blisters in one patient and sweat in six patients.One patient complained of pain in the regional area.Objective responses were seen in 83.3% of the patients.Based on our preliminary experience,possible techniques to achieve higher temperature and thermal dose were discussed.
