摘要
为提高手术室护理人员对护理安全及管理的认识,规范护理行为,降低护理差错事故的发生,全面提高护理质量,笔者认为加强护理人员对法律法规认识,降低护理职业风险,可为患者提供安全、高效、优质服务。
To improve operating room nurses care for the management of safety and awareness, standardize care, reducing nursing mistakes incidents, comprehensively improve the quality of care,the author considered that to hance understanding of laws and regulations reduce occupational risks could provide safe, efficient and quality service to patients.
